April 2025 - Using loving energy to renew yourself
I was blessed to attend The Atmi Buti Sound & Vibrational School in Boulder Colorado last month. It was an incredible experience. We learned protocol to calm the nervous system and ground. When we are grounded in positive energy we release tension which allows the body to use this loving energy to renew itself.
Bowls surround our bodies and envelope us with harmonizing melodies that clears stress, anxiety and negative energy. When our bodies feel relaxed, we move from survival mode to a state of deep connection. This deep connection is the sweet spot which allows us to sleep better and love ourselves in a bigger way.
Thank you Lauren for allowing me to practice what I learned!!
There are different protocols that we learned. Each one is very special. I am most excited to share the warm water technique. Warm water is placed in a bowl as it is rubbed starting on the foot up the leg to the root chakra up to the abdomen to the heart chakra. It is then played back down the body to the other leg. The warmth and vibration from the bowl energizes the cells from the body releasing tension to create room for renewal!!

Every moment was special. I completed level 1 & 2 and met some like minded souls who inspired me. In September, I will go back for Level 3 than return again for the final testing for certification once I finish my required hours, book reports and case studies.
I will be offering what I learned during one on one sessions at Half Moon Yoga Studio soon!!
